Grafíkprentnámskeið með áherslu á blokkprentun og kynningu á rafætingu.
Þátttakendur munu vinna dúkristur og leturprent ásamt öðrum blokkprent aðferðum. Einnig verður kynning á því hvernig æta má álplötur til prentunar með rafmagni.
Öll velkomin, grunnþekking á grafíkprenti er kostur en ekki skylda. Námskeiðið er hugsað fyrir fullorðna og 16 ára og eldri og fer fram á ensku.
Verð fyrir námskeiðið er 6000 kr. og inniheldur efni og verkfæri.

Linus Lohmann er einn af stofnendum Prentverks Seyðisfjarðar auk þess að starfa á prentverkstæði LHÍ. Hann lauk MFA- prófi með láði við Weißensee listaháskólann í Berlín árið 2012 auk þess að ústkrifast frá Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Námskeiðið er samstarfsverkefni Prentverks Seyðisfjarðar og Múlaþings.

Print workshop
Sat. 25. – Sun. 26. February at 10 – 16.
Prentverk Seyðisfjörður – Öldugata 14.
Print workshop with focus on Block printing and introduction to Electro-etching.
The participants will be able to work with Linocut and Typeface as well as other block printing methods. There will be a introduction of how to etch aluminium plates for printmaking using electricity.
Everybody welcome, basic knowledge in printmaking is helpful but not necessary. For everyone above the age of 16 and will be conducted in English.
Price is 6.000 kr. including materials.

Linus Lohmann is one of the founders of Prentverk Seyðisfjörður in addition to working at LHÍ’s printing workshop. He completed an MFA with honors at the Weißensee University of the Arts in Berlin in 2012, and also graduated from the Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
The workshop is a collaboration between Prentverk Seyðisfjörður and Múlaþing.
